Benchmark

Conclusions

  • Navigation compared to other websites is weak.

  • Some functionalities present in some websites could be added to prevent some problems and improve the user experience.

  • Compared to other websites the relation between the candidate a the employer could be improved.

Expert Review

Using the 10 usability heuristics for user interface design we made an analysis of the current LandindJobs website se we could have a blueprint of the aspects that could be improved.

Interviews

To better understand our target audience several interviews were made asking primarily their experiences searching for jobs online.

Conclusions

  • People think the main job searching platforms are transforming into social network like facebook.

  • They want more ways to interact with the employer.

  • The wait for the response for the employer (or lack of it) is one of the biggest complaints of the users interviewed.
